Hi All,
This is copied directly from The other place (Diaberes UK), but I really thought it was to good not pass on,
I believe it holds a lot of truth,

Hi guys, I recently became aware of something called TED talks, some of you may of have heard of them. The idea is that somebody (anybody) can talk for 10 to 15 minutes in an inspiring way to get a message across.
This afternoon I decided to search the TED website for Diabetes and found something that I thought was worth posting. It starts a bit slow but give the guy a chance, it's worth watching to the end.
I hope you like it.......................

Apologies if I have committed a cardinal sin in quoting the other place, the last time I did it my post got deleted !!
Be interested in hearing what you think.
Ill be away for a while, going on holiday to the southernmost tip of South and Africa ( Cape Agulhas ), never been there before
