    I've been catching up on the Dr Bernstein's Diabetes Youtube channel and the 2 videos on this subject probably should be required viewing for Type 1 diabetics.

    Thanks for these Indy - I know I'm not a diabetic, but Bernstein is the man in the Diabetes World and at 80 years of age he's doing great.
