    Thanks Indy, interesting link. I've never been a fan of low GI. Pretty much same carb values but just bit less of a spike. This just means in real terms, slightly higher BG levels for a longer period !

    If you want to confuse a newly diagnosed T2 introduce them to low GI Shocked There's that many variables the way it's cooked what you eat with it etc, it makes it a minefield of conflicting information, take porridge presumed to be low GI but just how many can eat it without high BG spikes.
