    Thank you so much to the people who have joined this forum. No names no pack drill but some have knocked their tripes out keeping it going. One thing is for sure, you are all made of the "Right Stuff"

    Let's make 2015 a fabulous low carb year ! I'll be starting a bit of a fitness regimes and trying to shed a little weight. Beer is my vice ( doesn't affect my BG levels ). I'll be starting with the dry January thing !
