Mine was too earlier for some reason Andy although It's all configured correctly in the forum manager settings and as a guest the time was displayed in UTC London time but logged in as myself it was showing Tuesday 28th October in some strange time format so I had to change it in my profile back to London UTC and now it's correct as I'm viewing the site.
