Low fat makes a fight back. Some Muppet decided children should go onto low fat diets by age 2. Another - or the same - Muppet thinks statins should be started by age 8.

Eating food for breakfast would be a much better idea. But less profitable.

I'm still amazed at the variety of high carb breakfast cereals that are available.

...but this version can make a great low carb start to the day for young or old, and you can always add blueberries for some low carb fruit!

Another recipe idea to share .....when you look around the internet us low carbers are often spoilt for choice. Each serving is 12.31 carbs net carbs 3.34 so this may make a nice change from eggs one morning?

    Nutritional Facts

Each serving has 12.31 g of carbs and 8.97 g of fiber. Total NET CARBS = 3.34 g. Food energy: 427kcal; Saturated fatty acids: 5.78g; Total fat: 39.68g; Calories from fat: 357; Cholesterol: 10mg; Carbohydrate: 12.31g; Total dietary fiber: 8.97g; Protein: 9.38g; Sodium: 87mg

    Hope you enjoy  sunny

    All the best Jan
