    Many will know of the late Barry Groves. He lead a fantastic life and was years ahead of his time re. a healthy diet especially for diabetics. Like many of the low carb high fat pathfinders the antis and naysayers gave him a hard time, but many forward thinking Doctors appreciated his highly valued input to the debate.
