    I was flicking through the British Heart Foundation magazine that I picked up at Drs., when I came across an article called "what your heart kneads, lots of tasty recipes made on the basis of bread, because a third of our diet should be made up of carbohydrate"
    Unbelievable Shocked or maybe not!

    They all sing from the same hymn book Jane, they give diabetics the same advice that you see from the NHS/DUK based on the eatwell plate Crying or Very sad

    Crazy advice but slowly changing. Still gonna take a while before universally accepted ( if ever ) but it is certainly moving towards the reduced carb ideas.
