Just love avocado with prawns .........
Half an Avocado and Prawns, add a splash of Hellmann's thousand Island dressing and a sprinkling of Paprika pepper. Very tasty, very low carb, enjoy !

I've never tried avocado but my boy loves them. I guess I should give one a try. I'm quite boring when it comes to food and stick to what I like.

Dunno about the prawns, but we have avocado vinaigrette as a starter 3-4 times a week. And avocado with bacon is a great combination
