    Has anyone else read Low carb Living for Families? by Monique le Roux Forslund (grew up in cape town, now living in Sweden)

    I came across this book by accident in my local library and have now bought it because it has lovely simple recipes.Part of the book is for children's food but still worth it. Hadn't heard of Monique before but she also has a blog and FB page.

    for some reason looked at link today . the low carb pizza may be a good one to try as members of family like pizza . although there is also a cauliflower pizza base idea on this forum . younger visitors may be best with the idea on link as cauliflower not popular . getting confused now but will try it out .

    I'd agree about the young 'uns Sharon-It's all about giving them what they like so they don't feel left out,eg pizza but keeping the carbs low and healthier without them thinking its different whilst we smile knowing otherwise! Wink
