You've got me thinking now too. (Yeh, I know - dangerous!). Why do we do that? Why do we all copy one another without finding out 'why' for ourselves? Why do we take people and situations at face value and fail to dig a little deeper? I think that might be my New Years resolution - to think for myself more and not take what I am told as the gospel truth until I have checked things out for myself.
