    I wish them well. The thing is our favourite pub around 5 miles away will adapt any meal on the menu, no problem and no extra charged. No spuds or chips please, strange look from waiter, we say we are allergic to them, ok says waiter, end of, we get more higher priced and far higher nutrient and tastier vegetables for the same money.

    Low carb, you're always on a winner. You know it makes sense, why fight it?
