Just to let you know after reading some comments from members over the last few months and taking them on board,we have introduced a 'Thanks' button on the forum so we can leave a little token of appreciation for any member who has posted a message or topic that we may like or appreciate without the need to reply with +1 etc...
You may notice that the 'Thanks' are not tallied up in any way on a members profile as we feel this can make some members feel left out or undervalued to see some members with 1000's of 'Thanks' or 'Likes' simply due to their post count being much higher as many people don't post often but when they do it can be a really great post which deserves applauding but having less of a 'Thanks' score could be misconstrued by some,maybe guests or newbies as meaning the less prolific poster isn't as valued which we never want anyone to feel like here.
