What a sad read, the advice given out regarding healthy diets. Diabetes is reaching epidemic proportions and will eventually bankrupt the NHS.

This is the new reality and people on drugs from the cradle to the grave. Just what big pharma hope for. Meanwhile the average dietitian adds fuel to the fire. Never in my life have I seen so much corruption from all directions from so many people. We have become a banana republic for sure. I dread to think what kind of country my grandchildren will grow up in. Certainly not the Great Britain I remember. Greed, greed and more greed is the order of the day. A country where most people are frightened of their own shadows.

This is so sad, I read the 'bullet points' from the article

"Seven girls in England and Wales aged five to nine developing diabetes
A further 146 cases in girls aged 10 to 14 and 64 cases of boys same age
Illness advances quicker in children and brings risk to eyes and kidneys
Before 2000 there was no recorded cases of type-2 diabetes in under 18s"

It is a very sobering prospect ...... and why for those that can speak out, do so, and give the view point of the benefits that by reducing sugar and eating whole real foods gives children a far better start in life.

    All the best Jan
