Where Is The Love?

Jan and myself are retired these days, and only do a bit of work on the cameras for free mostly. Today we were photographing a local schools sports day. It was the first time the entire school had got together since the Manchester atrocity. The Head Master called for one minutes silence, you could have heard a pin drop. After the minutes silence, music started playing on PA. Where is the love? It damn near done me up I can tell ya.

I know!! Imagine if this level of apathy had been around in WW2,fighting Hitlers ideology with candles,hashtags mixed in with messages to "Love not hate,do nothing and move on"...Pretty difficult when your loved one has been killed or maimed by a monster with a 1400 year old medieval ideology that is not compatible with civilised society.

Most straight thinking people understand almost all Muslims want to live in peace. But think about this. It is estimated there are 1 billion Muslims in the world. If only 1 tenth of 1% are hell bent on violence that is 1 million Muslims we have to deal with. For good reason so many are very angry, we know women and children get killed in wars, but this barbarism was deliberately designed to kill and maim children. Hard to imagine the sort of scum that carried this out can sink any lower. Make no mistake, others were involved.

They remind me of the Crusaders, only with better weapons.
