Not a patch on what we see "anecdotally" but a big step in the right direction.

The low carb higher healthy fat way of life is a no brainer, for all not just diabetics. Trouble is many in high places have no brain, or as we have seen with so many charities and dietetic organisations, bribery and corruption prevails. Some on here have battled hard for the LCHF cause for years, we have won. Sugar and highly processed carb junk food increasingly becomes the new tobacco. All over the world more and more highly respected TRUE medical professionals, are putting their heads above the parapet of bent science, corruption and greed.

Personally, I never ever thought I would live to see the changes we are witnessing come about. How fast things change these days. The internet and social media is rocking the very foundations of the establishment.  The so called MSM no longer has a monopoly over what people are reading and seeing and saying. As Brexit and Trump have proved, the power of the people is all powerful, and the establishment has been rocked to the bone marrow.

Type two diabetic-low carb diet (50 carbs per day) and two 500mg Metformin pills per day. Apart from diagnosis HbA1c almost 12-all HbA1c results none diabetic. For over eight years my diabetes medication has not changed. My weight has remained stable, I have suffered no ill effects from my diet whatsoever. Every blood test has proved, I took the right road to my diabetic salvation. For almost seven years, I have asked medical professionals and naysayers, how do I maintain non diabetic BG levels on two Metformin other than low carb ? The silence has been deafening !
