    ‘A Worldwide Nutrition Revolution: What Is Next?’ is the final presentation given by Professor Tim Noakes at the ‘Low Carb High Fat Convention’ held in Capetown, South Africa in 2015. It has previously not been available to view for free by the public and has been gratefully provided to us by the Real Meal Revolution team  for a limited time. Special thanks to Jonno Proudfoot and Karen Thomson.

    Hi Derek, It is an excellent video and being a diabetic Tim Noakes understands from his own personal experience just how useless today's dietary guidelines are, he's built up quite a large following in South Africa much to the dismay of the SA dietitians association.

    Agreed. He is a bigger man in my estimation because reality caused him to do a 180 on his previous beliefs. Would that more people would admit they were wrong before harming others.
