Just for a real larf, when I posted the above Mo thread, I got a message "the forum is in flood condition please wait 5 seconds before posting" How often is the place flooded with members trying to post? Is the forum software capable of taking the piss? We need to be told about that too.

I was abducted by aliens who used me for experiments into diabetes management ! They refused to admit that LCHF truly worked. Darth Bonkers was in charge, he kept saying breakfast cereals were the future !
