For over eight years my diabetes medication has not changed. My weight has remained stable, I have suffered no ill effects from my diet whatsoever. Every blood test has proved, I took the right road to my diabetic salvation. For almost seven years, I have asked medical professionals and naysayers, how do I maintain non diabetic BG levels on two Metformin other than low carb ? The silence has been deafening !

Just for a real larf, when I posted the above Mo thread, I got a message "the forum is in flood condition please wait 5 seconds before posting"rofl How often is the place flooded with members trying to post? Is the forum software capable of taking the piss? We need to be told about that too. affraid

I was abducted by aliens who used me for experiments into diabetes management ! They refused to admit that LCHF truly worked. Darth Bonkers was in charge, he kept saying breakfast cereals were the future !
