    Around 15 minutes ago we had 3 members and one guest showing on the activity bar. One tweet re Clarkson as posted in the Jeremy Clarkson to be sacked thread, showing the paedophiles and sex offenders that were protected for years, and up go the viewings. When people stop to look at the grief, they hang around and read other information, they learn about low carb and the many health benefits. Grief and controversy works, and so does low carb.

    I agree a bit of controversy isn't a bad thing as long as we get the mix right. Up to now, I think we've got a good mix. Some say we only exist to make fun of DCUK or whatever but there is a great deal of fantastic diabetes and diet related info here. There is also a multitude of experience to hand.
