    Check out the Radio program broadcast last night on BBC Radio 4 it's well worth listening to the whole program. If time is tight, check out the nonsense from Dr Alison Tedstone UK nutrition and obesity Tsar at 24 minutes in. When told a can of cola appeared on the Eat well plate she replied "no it is not" oh yes it is Alison, (cue the pantomime audience) and so is a lot of other junk no one needs.

    She was digging herself deeper and deeper by the minute and her only answer to the point raised re the coke can was the 'Eathell plate' was up for revision this year and will reflect what advice their scientific team recommend at that time...I wonder who the scientific team are? The McDonalds clown,Bertie Basset and the Santa claus that winks at you on the side of the Cola trucks in the Christmas adverts?! freakout jimlad

    Some may think and say " middle of the road " is safe, neither one thing or the other, and then if anything adverse happens it wasn't their fault.

    Is so called " middle of the road music enjoyable? ...... some will say it's the best - but is it? - Some will say it's not one thing or the other.

    Does it come down to the individual to make a decision about THEIR health  Question
