Lisa has been a friend of ours for some time, she has a young type one diabetic son. He runs non diabetic BG numbers and HbA1c. Hypos are rare and he lives a very active life. This is a must watch video if you are a diabetic looking to control your diabetes on minimal meds, type two's may well be able to go nil medication following this lifestyle.

This video is great. This woman is absolutely amazing. Wish I had her on my team when I was diagnosed.
I love looking at her recipes and quite often try them out.

It's a hard habit to break, I tend not to look at anything title type one lol, old wounds don't heal easily I guess

Brilliant video ...... a mothers love is very powerful and Lisa has enabled her son to live a 'normal' life. He enjoys all things any teenager would enjoy but knows what foods make him ill and what foods are best to eat.
More should be made of excellent videos like this so that parents and HCP's can be more aware of what can be achieved.
