    I am taking a wild guess there is some facebookers on here. I have found an excellent site for low carb recipes on FB search for Low Carb Eating
    Ok the problem is it is mainly yank based and they are way OTT on things make some really stupid comments and ffs they even buy keto sticks and are a tad on the anally retentive side, a lot bug me l know not hard as l have a very short temper but the important thing is the recipes and food ideas they look yummy and well worth trying Laughing

    There are quite a few who do use keto sticks, and find this useful. Each to their own, as the saying goes.

    Have to say I am not a regular face book reader / follower and tend to look more at blogs, but will try and have a look next time Smile
