That description was originally applied to Sir Keith Joseph by a guy whose name I can't recall, a Lancastrian impressionist with a rubber face and great gurning ability whose impressions resembled Spitting Image puppets.

That's the guy thanks Paul, I couldn't remember the name even though he's a local lives only a few miles from me
