Last week I saw the dentist in the morning and got my broken tooth and filling repaired, which was less traumatic than I - or he - was expecting. The worst part was when he used the ultrasonic cleaner, some of my teeth are still jumping.
Then I saw the podiatrist in the afternoon. The nails on my left foot - with the worse circulation - had only grown about half as long as on the right foot, but they all looked a decent colour. It's a pleasant change to see a medical professional and talk about LCHF, David Unwin, Aseem Malhotra etc.
Yesterday I saw the doctor to get another thyroid test, just the TSH this time which I suspect will be near normal already. My vitamin D result finally came back - 95 which is pretty decent.
She flinched visibly when I said
"That'll be all the grass-fed butter and cheese!"

I'm toying with adding some K2 and maybe other things to what I'm getting already, see if I can't blast some more of the plaque from my arteries. K2 and D3 among other things tend to move calcium out of places where you don't want it - such as arteries - and back into the bones and teeth where you do. Won't taste as good as the Vacheron d'Or though.
