    Three large eggs fried lightly in 2 table spoons of olive oil mopped up by a large portion of flaked almonds, perhaps just a desert spoon of jumbo oat meal. Two mugs of tea made with whole milk.

    That would have my BG turned up to 11, and back down below 4 a couple of hours later by which time I'd be starving famished and probably craving a Belvita. Not going there again.

    I see Derek had eggs the other day too!

    Eggs are so good for a healthy breakfast!
    Perhaps add a few mushrooms?

    Now was the egg on the left Eddie's and the egg on the right mine ?

    Definitely add a cup of tea or coffee, whatever your preference
