Thanks to every member for joining and a very special thank you to those that post and make the forum. When we forget it is the members that make a forum, that the forum is the MEMBERS and not an ego trip for mods, admin and a protected few, OK you get my drift.

    Thank you

    Ooohhhh congratulations!

I've been lurking a bit lately.

Jan, I've made that cake and it lasted roughly 30 minutes before it was all polished off!
We are having your posh beef stew (bourginion?) on Saturday with cauliflower mash.

I've learned a lot from your sites, I enjoy your humour and I'm grateful for the pointers the research out there.
And best of all is the application of this research - Jan's recipes.

    Thanks to you all!

Great to read this 'Mrs V' ... hope all is well with you.

The Beef Bourginion is one of my all time favourites ... and the strawberry cake never lasts long, whether you offer it to diabetics or non diabetics. It also goes down well at things like MacMillan Coffee mornings!

Thanks so much for your kind words ... we all appreciate them

    All the best Jan
