Great grub, no known side effects! Salad%203

A salad made from iceberg lettuce, bacon lardons, avocado pear, olives, tomatoes, feta cheese, add some black pepper, extra virgin olive oil and a tiny amount of salt. Great food for all, whether diabetic or not.

Get that fat down ya, you know it makes sense, why fight it? sure tastes better than drugs, and no known side effects.

Seriously, doesn't that look like a great plate of tasty and highly nutritious food. So low in carbs hardly worth mentioning. The sort of meal our grandchildren eat and they are doing fantastic. One thing is for sure, my conscience is clear. I recommend this food to all I know.

I've been an avid Masterchef viewer for a while and it certainly struck me how top notch cuisine involves very few carbs. Very few dishes include potato and if they do, it's a very small portion. They're the experts right ?

I agree with you Mo. 'Top notch' cuisine does usually involve fewer carbs, and it's usually fresh whole real foods. You may pay a little more but that meal that is put in front of you .... just delicious.
