Hi all, I think low carbing is the sensible thing to do. I am not totally convinced this forum is sensible though. You seem a weird lot.

Yes I do find a lot of things on this forum beyond me but then Im a simple diabetic and I really dont understand the insideness of the innuendo. Should I?

You seem to find a lot of things so funny. What is the flog of instance? Hilarious obviously but as a newbie Im a bit out of my depth here.

Do you find beer works on a low car diet? I dont.

The 'Flog' aka Diabetes.co.uk where a member posting about eating Chinese takeaways, chips, cakes, pot noodles, processed Ice cream whilst boasting about obtaining non diabetic blood glucose levels after partaking in such high carb junk, confusing the newbies and gaining kudos for such dross posts from the staff is the norm...Now THAT'S what I call weird!!

Good evening Turnip and welcome aboard. Did you know turnips make pretty good chips if you are low carbing not to high on the carb count.

Yep! BUT we also highlight nonsense that is bad for diabetics regardless of the source.

TBH never tried a low car diet Shocked

But in the context of a low carb diet beer works for me but it must be cask conditioned not keg beers which raise my BG.
