Now who doesn’t love an easy and impressive recipe? This simple dish is made with only 5 ingredients.

Prosciutto wrapped asparagus can be cooked in the oven or even on the barbecue for summer. Serve it as an appetiser, side dish, a light lunch or finger food. A full platter would look beautiful to take to friends. And for a luxurious breakfast, dip in soft boiled eggs instead of toast soldiers.

Yet again another masterpiece from our good friends at the ditch the carbs website which can be found here. http://www.ditchthecarbs.com/2014/11/12/prosciutto-wrapped-asparagus/

Every blood test has proved, I took the right road to my diabetic salvation. For almost seven years, I have asked medical professionals and naysayers, how do I maintain non diabetic BG levels on two Metformin other than low carb ? The silence has been deafening !

    What lovely, delicious, gorgeous food.

Shown here and highlighted in this recipe it's perhaps not the cheapest  - but still lovely food, and one to serve and enjoy.

I just love this LCHF lifestyle, and the choice it brings.  sunny

    All the best Jan
