I think not Mo, recipes based on the criteria from the ADA won't for this T2 be diabetes friendly 
but would be good business for AsraZeneca

Yes I would, I do know it's based on the USA food pyramid, though to be fair unlike DUK they consider 130g carbs to be ok. Still way to high for me though

As a test I setup an a/c specifying no rice/pots/pasta/bread. what comes up a pile of rice dishes
what do you expect from "Asshole Zeneca"!
also said on zero meds, asked if I would consider injecting!

No surprises there then
they are more concerned with profits than our well being, having diabetics on diet only is not something they want to see.
