    thanks for putting this lectures series up
    this video sat me back in my seat, if he is right. We all know that fruit/fructose does weird stuff, how digested, still hungry.
    well it seems that a normal person makes 3% fructose out of glucose, but an insulin resistant person makes 30%...that's without any fructose in our diet
