I just found a right pair of opinionated idiots on Youtube. (Also the most foul-mouthed simpletons ever to shout at a TV set!)
On the Tube just enter 'Biceps and Banter'. You will be informed beyond all doubt that the low carb diet is all (Rowlocks!)  Rolling Eyes

They ripped up the BBC documentary and confirmed that they are both world experts; Legends in their own minds that is! rofl

You will have to watch your Blood Pressure though, because they are insulting towards us. Especially when they preach to everyone about calorie deficit lol!
Apparently all you have to do to get the right nutrition is eat less fat, make funny drinks with whey powder, snack on hi carb energy bars, and half-kill yourself in the gym, at regular intervals!

    Cheers.

As Michael Eades said, the depth of their dumpth is astonishing.

Fortunately YouTube suggested this as an antidote

Thanks for the memories Chris. I spent a deal of my childhood with Dave 'The Swarb' Swarbrick who lived across the street from me. Had some fun we did, playing guitars, harmonicas and fiddles!

    Nice! He is sadly missed.

A friend was hitching once and was picked up by the Fairports in their transit. That was an excellent journey!
