Of course not low fat and high carb that's a healthy diet and because it's evidenced based according to dietitians

It must be a sad thing to realise, most of what you thought was true, was total BS spun by junk food and big pharma. As Max Planck said "Science advances one funeral at a time" not that I wish ill on Catherine, I like her just the way she is.

Type two diabetic-low carb diet (50 carbs per day) and two 500mg Metformin pills per day. Apart from diagnosis HbA1c almost 12-all HbA1c results none diabetic. For over eight years my diabetes medication has not changed. My weight has remained stable, I have suffered no ill effects from my diet whatsoever. Every blood test has proved, I took the right road to my diabetic salvation. For almost seven years, I have asked medical professionals and naysayers, how do I maintain non diabetic BG levels on two Metformin other than low carb ? The silence has been deafening !

The zombies are fighting back hard against science. In the past few weeks apparently low carb diets cause depression and ketogenic diets cause elation, both obviously dangers to avoid. Reminds me of a warning label on someone's antidepressants, I think in Canada "May cause an unusual sense of wellbeing"

    DANGER DANGER WILL ROBINSON!!!

Meanwhile the media are full of scare stories about fat and meat, I had to check the calendar because it looked like New Year all over again.
