    I suppose they need to top up their meagre ? salaries, if the dietetics organisations they are affiliated to accept money from big pharma and food companies they want a slice of the cake too ££££££££

    Makes you realise why they are so intent on pushing dogma and ignoring science. With a small but growing number of exceptions of course, when their incomes depend on ignoring outcomes that's precisely what they do.
