    I should have retested but:
After walking round Chester Zoo most of the afternoon we went to a carvery for a meal this evening l had 5 small roast potatoes...l have a weakness! loads of crackling some roast pork, cauliflower and red cabbage, some horseradish sauce and some mint sauce.

    Pre test was 4.9
    Post test @2hrs 3.5

I know l should have re-checked but l decided that l for once l would...behave like an ostrich or a kid with fingers in ears screaming nahhh nahhh nahhh at the meter Embarassed

Kudos to you for admitting you had a small slip up so don't beat yourself up about it as we're all human and best avoid the meter for tonight as carbs in conjunction with fat can give you a spike @4-5 hours...Back to business as usual tomorrow and all should be well. Smile
