NESTLÉ CEREAL PARTNERS UK ACCEPTED AS MEMBERS OF BDA

    Post by graham64 on Mon Nov 21 2016, 22:57

The British Dietetic Association (BDA) has welcomed Cereal Partners UK as a Key Supporter.  Dietitians are increasingly influencing food and nutrition strategy at the highest levels as well as right down to local communities and individuals, enabling people to make appropriate lifestyle and healthy food choices.  Cereal Partners UK employs and works with a number of registered dietitians.  A Corporate Membership with the BDA represents our public commitment to excellence, quality and integrity and provides us with many opportunities to interact and partner with the BDA on events, publications and activities that support this.  Our joint goal is to share information and promote health.  We looking forward to working with the BDA over the coming months and years.

    But they did say

Dietitians are increasingly influencing food and nutrition strategy at the highest levels as well as right down to local communities and individuals, enabling people to make appropriate lifestyle and healthy food choices.

When they mean companies like Nestle are increasingly influencing food and nutrition by using bodies like the BDA to promote and endorse their products

For over eight years my diabetes medication has not changed. My weight has remained stable, I have suffered no ill effects from my diet whatsoever. Every blood test has proved, I took the right road to my diabetic salvation. For almost seven years, I have asked medical professionals and naysayers, how do I maintain non diabetic BG levels on two Metformin other than low carb ? The silence has been deafening !

I haven't had a single Kelloggs product in the house since mother died. Hmmm, there's a coincidence.
