You wake and put the kettle on

enjoy a cup of tea, with a perfect LCHF breakfast

which keeps you going throughout the day to do a little dusting

before you treat yourself to a sit down and listen to your new CD

then later into the kitchen preparing tonight's meal

a low carb lamb moussaka, which is family friendly too!
    see the recipe here
    http://thelowcarbdiabetic.blogspot.co.uk/2015/11/moussaka-and-merlot.html

now don't forget the glass of merlot !

and to top it all get the butler to do the washing up ...
well I'm dreaming a bit here ... perhaps Eddie may volunteer !

I wonder have you enjoyed a quiet day recently ?
Take care and thanks for reading

I've had not a few days like that recently, except I've been digging up all kinds of bizarre and historical stuff on YouTube.

Some while back my thyroid blew up. Now it's been overtreated and is barely functioning. I'm awaiting some more tests to see what to do next. Meanwhile I am mostly exhausted and the heat isn't helping. I'm going to end up Getting A Man In to do some of the garden and clean the house from top to bottom and redecorate/redo the kitchen and bathrooms and some of the plumbing while I sit on my arse trying to stay awake.

In a post above Chris mentioned 'digging up all kinds of bizarre and historical stuff on YouTube'... and I'm assuming watching it!

You tube can be amazing and yet bizarre too. With careful choosing there are all kinds of interesting items to watch and listen to.

I think for many it can be the go to media ...  and many a quiet hour goes peacefully by  Smile

I still wonder what did we do before this massive shift to all types of social media?
