This is the front cover of a magazine sold in Walmart. affraid Last time I checked Walmart was the largest retail outfit in the world. I wonder who edits this magazine, one thing for sure, much work still has to done by the likes of us.

For over eight years my diabetes medication has not changed. My weight has remained stable, I have suffered no ill effects from my diet whatsoever. Every blood test has proved, I took the right road to my diabetic salvation. For almost seven years, I have asked medical professionals and naysayers, how do I maintain non diabetic BG levels on two Metformin other than low carb ? The silence has been deafening !

    4 large eggs
    1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp stevia
Oil for frying (coconut, grapeseed, etc.)

Him and a few other low carb antis. How dumb he and so many others look now eh. Everything in moderation they say, yeah except crap that raises BG through the roof.
