Play Eatwell Bingo: (Diabetics Russian Roulette)

    Post by graham64 on Sat Dec 19 2015, 23:26

The Eatwell bingo game is a fun way of encouraging players to get the balance of their diet right by using the Eatwell plate. The aim of the game is to use the Eatwell plate model in an interactive bingo game that makes learning about healthy food choices interesting and fun. Instead of calling out bingo numbers, the game features nutrition messages where players find out food facts along the way.

Basing meals on starchy carbohydrate foods such as cereals, bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, noodles, chapattis, or yams. Wholegrain foods such as wholemeal breads, brown rice, wholewheat pasta or noodles, or wholegrain cereals are healthier than refined foods like white breads, pasta or rice.

"Is there anything wrong with this page?"

Wow, where to start . . . "ignorant savages" all over the world have avoided the Diseases Of Civilisation, until they start eating the Diet Of Civilisation. On average they eat slightly more protein, half the carbs and twice the fat of the "Eatwell Plate"/"Food Pyramid" etc. However that average covers ultra low carb diets like the Inuit and comparatively high carb diets like the Kitavans.

Once they start eating the western diet they are doomed.
