Multivitam without iron and calcium

Hello to all!

I was unsure where to post this. Hope I did right!

I have noticed that the multivitamin I was taking was full of fillers etc. that made my IBS issues dramatically worse and now that I know what to avoid I am looking for a multivitamin without iron and also without calcium. I wasn't able to find a good product without any fillers or additives on Iherb so I am wondering, do you perhaps know about a brand that has something like that?

Besides, can you recommend me a good online store in Europe that is comparable to Iherb? I am getting a bit tired ordering overseas.

They have a very wide range. They used to be excellent (were recommended by a doctor) BUT have now been taken over and regularly spam you which they never used to do. Haven't used them recently (I use a local shop) click the items to get a breakdown of the contents, or it might be worth emailing your query.

Someone I knew had a major problem when a prescribed medicine was changed for a different brand. The new brand contained lactose as an "inert" filler - but it isn't inert if like him you are lactose intolerant!
