"I found a miracle cure for weight loss. In the mornings I take 6 pills. 2 are shaped like eggs and 4 are shaped like bacon. For dinner, one is shaped like a chicken breast and several are shaped like a salad. None of them are shaped like bread or pasta..."

Look at the size of the pills I have to get down my neck. Mind you, they have been tested for a very long time. Just add some meat, fish and fat and we have it cracked. Seven and half years in and no side effects. Believe it or not, not a hint of scurvy. rofl

Every blood test has proved, I took the right road to my diabetic salvation. For almost seven years, I have asked medical professionals and naysayers, how do I maintain non diabetic BG levels on two Metformin other than low carb ? The silence has been deafening !

Yes they seem to work very well, as long as you remember NOT to swallow them whole. Don't forget to read the list of side effects on the label. Oh wait a minute, no label, no side effects.

I think Sidney done it slightly different though Paul. Low carb, low protein & low fat ! In fact, everything just bloody low ! On the upside, he did learn to play the guitar whilst on this "amazing" diet :-)
