"Another healthy day, so getting back on track, (nearly)
Busy morning, but started at 5.4, (it's odd, but a few less carbs and my fasting level creeps up)
Not that I'm unhappy with 5.4..
Out early again, so skipped breakfast, which I don't like doing.
12 o'clock, 2 ryvita, pate, 2 tomatoes, and a mini pork pie for lunch. (Which is worse, the fat, or the pastry?)
Low carb tea, a selection of good veg, dry stir fried, prawns, some low carb oyster sauce, glass of wine.
Followed by a few pyscho pork scratchings, and a couple of squares of 74% chocolate to take away the pain.

And then a row has ensued in the douglas household.
    I tested. 11.9
    I re tested 11.1

    WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    (Pardon my french)"

Good grief after getting the seal of dietary endorsement from Nobblyhead and Phoenix, Duggie is yet again in the wars. 11.9 is no place a well controlled diabetic wants to be, especially three years into the club no one wants to join. Evidently Mrs.Douglas fitted him up, not the sort of thing Mrs. Mitch does. Never mind, it's only a wind up thread at the end of the day, bring on the Pot Noodles ya !

Don't you just love the crazy world of diabetes.
