    Nice find!

    I used to use alpha-lipoic acid which reliably (I went on and off it several times) reduced my fasting BG by about 0.5 and my postprandials by another 0.5

    Vitamin D is something pretty much everyone not living near the equator should consider, also magnesium if (like a lot of other things) you dont have sufficient in your diet.

    Some of the cinnamon studies are a bit of a laugh though, they recommend sprinkling it on your morning bowl of oatmeal for a small reduction in BG when NOT eating the oatmeal would produce about 10x the effect.
