    Brilliant! Of course she's old enough to remember a time before low fat, like my mother and many others of that generation.

    Maybe that is why the Queen is still healthy and active at 89 years of age. I can't ever remember reading she has had a serious illness. I bet ya she is not on statins either. thumb-up

    I must be in good company ... whilst out shopping earlier I too bought some more butter, but then it is a favourite or must have on all who live the LCHF lifestyle!
