Welcome to the forum Dr Paul Jones

I would like to take the opportunity to warmly welcome one of our new members-Dr Paul Jones to the forum, please don't be shy and feel free to introduce yourself to our community,Maybe your doctorate was gained in another field but on the off-chance-are you a 'Blue sky thinking' GP perhaps that is fed up with advising patients with the ludicrous dietary advice that the NHS and DUK peddles to diabetics in the UK and realise that LCHF is the best way forward for treating type 2 diabetes and not a diet consisting of starchy carbs with every meal and when that fails-keep adding more and more meds with the associated side effects and risks that can occur? Either way,we'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences. Smile

    All the best

    Paul
